- Schedule H, Household Employment Taxes - On page 2, Part II, line 19, the totals for columns h and i were switched when the form was printed in Graphics Mode. This did not effect the calculation of tax on the form.
- Form 2119, Sale of a Home - The self and spouse names were switched at the top of the form printed in Graphics Mode.
- Form 1040ES, 1996 Estimated Tax Worksheet - The calculations for the form are correct; however, the value printed in Graphics Mode for line 4 did not include the exemption phase-out amount.
- Form 1040X, Amended U.S. Individual Income Tax Return - The city in the paid preparer's address at the bottom of page 1 did not appear on the form printed in Graphics Mode.
- Form 8283, Noncash Charitable Contributions - In Part I, the values that appeared on lines B & C in column G were switched, causing the wrong Fair Market Value to appear next to the description on lines B&C of the form printed in Graphics Mode.
- EROs filing electronic tax returns for taxpayers who request direct deposit of their refund - The Filing Edition did not let Electronic Return Originators complete line 10 of Form 8453, Ownership of Account, if the filing status on the tax return was Single, Head of Household, or Qualifying Widow(er). As a result, TaxCut's Electronic Filing Auditor flagged this missing information, and these returns failed to qualify for electronic filing.
- Electronic Return Originators and missing DCN on Form 8453 - TaxCut's Electronic Filing Auditor required an entry in the second field of the DCN at the top of Form 8453. As a result, these returns failed to qualify for electronic filing.
