These documents aren't eligible for e-signing:

  • Documents that require witness signatures or notarization
  • Letters or other documents that require only one signature

If you're trying to e-sign an ineligible document, the program will let you know by displaying a message.

You can e-sign a document only if both of these conditions apply:

  • The document requires multiple signatures, and
  • It doesn't need to be witnessed or notarized.
