Using the Smart Data feature

RESOLUTION:

The Smart Data feature remembers all the entries you make in a document, and then makes them available for reuse each time you encounter the same type of entry - such as name, city, or telephone number. Smart Data entries are available by clicking the drop-down arrow in the field you're completing.

To edit data that's been entered and saved as Smart Data, complete these steps: 

  1. Click View.
  2. Select Smart Data.
  3. Select the Smart Data Type.
  4. Click the Edit button.
  5. Edit the information, and then click OK.
