ISSUE:
Accessing your user profile in Real Estate Attorney, Home and Business Attorney, Business Attorney or WillPower
RESOLUTION:
To access a user profile, you must remember its password. There's no way to recover the password if you forget it, which means that you won't be able to access that particular user profile. However, you can open the program without it. Once the program is open, you can either create a new user profile or select a different user profile.
Note: When creating a new user profile, you can't use the old profile name.
- In the Password dialog box, click Cancel. The program opens without a user profile selected.
- Select either Create a new Profile (under Manage my profile in the task pane) or Switch Profile (in the top left corner of the screen).
