Reinstalling CD received in the mail or installing on a 2nd computer

 

There are just a few steps necessary to re-install the program from the CD you received in the mail. To re-install the program or install it on a second computer:

1. Insert the CD into your computer.
2. From the Main Menu, click the FAQ button on the bottom menu bar.
3. On the FAQ screen, locate and click the Next arrow in the upper right corner of the screen.

If you see the purchase screen, which asks for your credit card information, click the Back button in the lower left corner of the screen

1. The first FAQ titled 'Can I install H&R Block At Home on a second computer?' will have a Click Here link. Click that link to access the Activation screen.
2. You will now be at the Activation screen.
3. Enter your activation code and last 4 digits of the credit card you used to purchase the program initially and click Activate.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation
